Pandora LIVE Powered By Women kicked off Women’s History Month and was the first of its kind: a virtual event, setting the stage for a fresh alternative to attending a concert from home.

Alongside performances by Jazmine Sullivan and Gwen Stefani, renowned host Hoda Kotb also led an engaging roundtable discussion—with additional guests Country and Latin stars Laura Alaina and Becky G—where they each shared their thoughts on how women are challenging industry norms, why it’s essential for women to tell their own stories, and what equality means to them on- and offstage.
